In 1994 I was diagnosed with celiac disease, which led me to create Celiac.com in 1995. I created this site for a single purpose: To help as many people as possible with celiac disease get diagnosed and living happy, healthy gluten-free lives. Celiac.com was the first site on the Internet dedicated solely to celiac disease, and since then it has become an invaluable resource to people worldwide who seek information about celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. In 1998 I created The Gluten-Free Mall, Your Special Diet Superstore! which was also another Internet first—it was the first gluten-free food site to offer a shopping cart-style interface, and the ability for people to order gluten-free products manufactured by many different companies at a single Web site.

Conte’s has always believed that everyone should be able to enjoy GOOD food. To that end, we continually work to make our products available to meet the special needs of many of today’s families.
Our Wheat-Free/Gluten-Free Frozen Pasta includes Cheese Ravioli, Spinach & Cheese Ravioli, Grilled Chicken & Broccoli Rabe Ravioli, Cheese Stuffed Shells, and, Gnocchi (Gnocchi are also casein-free). Our GF Pierogies are available in Potato, Cheese & Onion and Potato & Onion (Potato & Onion are also casein-free).
All of our GF products are made with only the finest all-natural ingredients, including Domata Living Flour, and are guaranteed to contain NO WBRO. Additionally, all GF items are Soy-Free.
Our production facility is USDA/FDA-approved, (USDA est. #18969) and we are proud to have recently received an excellent rating from NSF, Cook & Thurber.
Start enjoying pasta again today, just like mama used to make. It is with confidence that we can say that our wheat free and gluten free foods are just as good as the “real” thing.
