In 1994 I was diagnosed with celiac disease, which led me to create Celiac.com in 1995. I created this site for a single purpose: To help as many people as possible with celiac disease get diagnosed and living happy, healthy gluten-free lives. Celiac.com was the first site on the Internet dedicated solely to celiac disease, and since then it has become an invaluable resource to people worldwide who seek information about celiac disease and the gluten-free diet.

In 1998 I created The Gluten-Free Mall, Your Special Diet Superstore! which was also another Internet first—it was the first gluten-free food site to offer a shopping cart-style interface, and the ability for people to order gluten-free products manufactured by many different companies at a single Web site.

Sinfully Gluten-Free strives to offer the finest gluten-free baked goods.  Our story is much like many others.  After family members were diagnosed with wheat allergies and Celiac Disease, the quest to find edible baked goods began.  There are many good treats available but we wanted the “real” thing.  We wanted to be able to serve completely gluten-free desserts at every family and social event and not worry about wheat eaters noticing.

After MANY failed attempts, we began to produce goodies better than their wheat counterpart. We have won the hearts of Celiacs and wheat eaters alike.  We recently catered an event for 350 people and approximately 10 of those people were Celiac.  Not one person noticed the difference in our baked goodies and it was exciting to see several people make more than two trips back to the table for more.  Now, many of the non-Celiac attendees are our faithful customers too!!

Our biggest goal is to make eating gluten-free enjoyable and social.  Eating is many times a social event that many people with gluten intolerance do not have the opportunity to participate in.  We are here to change that!

Enjoy food again!!
