In 1994 I was diagnosed with celiac disease, which led me to create Celiac.com in 1995. I created this site for a single purpose: To help as many people as possible with celiac disease get diagnosed and living happy, healthy gluten-free lives. Celiac.com was the first site on the Internet dedicated solely to celiac disease, and since then it has become an invaluable resource to people worldwide who seek information about celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. In 1998 I created The Gluten-Free Mall, Your Special Diet Superstore! which was also another Internet first—it was the first gluten-free food site to offer a shopping cart-style interface, and the ability for people to order gluten-free products manufactured by many different companies at a single Web site.

We’re committed to developing and marketing the very best in cup-for-cup gluten free products, and we pledge to do everything we can to meet your dietary needs in an affordable manner. Our products are formulated to be clones of your favorite baking products to work, and look, and taste the way you remember. We blind taste-test every product we release in gluten-free and glutenoid kitchens across the country, so you can feel great about serving gluten free foods to anyone without apology.
This is an exciting year for us in addition to our fantastic all-purpose flour mix, we're releasing biscuit/pancake and fudge brownie mixes in July, and plan to release several more in the months that follow. All of our products are gfcf, vegetarian/vegan, and certified Pareve Kosher by the Orthodox Union. We offer bulk and case pricing, and lots of special sales throughout the year, and every order ships for a flat $5.00!
