Squirrel’s Bakery specializes in Gluten-Free Thick & Hearty cookie Bars which are also soy, dairy and nut-free. Our cookie bars are made from quality ingredients such as Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free oats, organic brown rice flour and Enjoy Life gluten, soy, dairy & nut free chocolate chips. Additionally, our gluten-free cookies are a rich source of fiber, iron, calcium and protein. Please note that our gluten-free cookies contain eggs and/or coconut and are made in a facility where wheat, gluten, nuts, soy and milk are present. We currently offer two flavors:

Gluten-Free Coconut and Chocolate Chip is made with our unique blend of gluten-free flours and oats along with unsweetened coconut flakes and allergy friendly chocolate chips. This is the favorite cookie among the general population. Most don’t even realize this is a gluten-free cookie. 

Gluten-Free Cinnamon and Chocolate Chip is also made from our unique blend of gluten-free flours and oats along with cinnamon and allergy friendly chocolate chips.  This cookie is a favorite among those who enjoy the sophistication of chocolate and spice. 

Squirrel’s Bakery is a small family owned cookie manufacturing business based in Virginia Beach, Virginia and was founded in 2009. We are compliant with Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) and Virginia’s Finest guidelines and regulations.
