IDLife Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake (Gluten-Free)

Reviewed and edited by a celiac disease expert.
IDLife Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake (Gluten-Free) -

Wow is the best word I can use to describe this delicious gluten-free Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake by IDLife. Having tried a few other brands, I can honestly say this one is by far the best.

Open Original Shared LinkFirst of all, the taste is amazing. The vanilla is not too sweet and the chia powder gives it that boost of texture and other nutrients you can't find anywhere else. I mix my shakes with low fat milk for a thicker and creamier consistency, but you could also use water if you're not a milk person.

This shake is also infused with various amino acids, some which are essential to your daily diet. If you're not getting your daily dose of vitamins and other nutrients that you need to stay healthy, IDLife provides this with this delicious vanilla shake. No more fatty chips or nuts for me, I've made the switch! It is truly a meal replacement product, because after drinking it, I am definitely not hungry.

If you're looking for something that's easy for travel, or something to help you lose weight, you should try the IDLife Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake.

Amy's recently came out with their "Sonoma" Veggie Burger, which is not only gluten free, but soy and dairy free as well. The Sonoma veggie burger is packed with organic whole ingredients so there was a level of comfort knowing exactly what I would be putting into my body.  I am not a vegetarian, but I am trying to eat more health consciously, so I thought I would give them a try.
I wanted to toss them on the grill, but the weather was not cooperating, so I just popped them in the oven for about 5 minutes each side and "ta-da," they were done.  The Sonoma Veggie Burger was well-seasoned and had a nice nutty quality that is usually found in veggie/grain-based patties.  The outside of the patty was firm and slightly crisp, with a semi-soft interior.
I piled on the fixings and was...

Celiac.com 01/31/2012 - Traditionally, Matzo (also known as Matzah or Matza) is an unleavened bread that is eaten during the week-long Jewish holiday known as Passover. However, I just found an amazing gluten-free matzo that I will be sure to have on hand year-round.
Yehuda's Gluten-free Matzo is imported from Israel and is not only Kosher for Passover (Orthodox Union Parve), but it is also certified gluten-free!  These crackers are made as a large cracker sheet (approx 7” x 7”) and they have such a wonderful crunch and flakiness to them, and contain just the right amount of salt.  Compared with most gluten-free crackers I've had these are lower in both salt and sugar, and they would be perfect to set out for any guests on any occasion (gluten-free or not).
    Other than th...

Celiac.com 02/09/2014 - Anyone with celiac disease knows how important it is to read the labels on food and beverage products. This is also very important when it comes to supplements. Celiac disease affects how the body absorbs vitamins and minerals, so choosing a supplement to replace those lost is essential. It is also wise to consider a supplement that provides other benefits such as digestive enzymes, antioxidants, and probiotics.
If you can get one gluten-free supplement that does all this – you've hit the jackpot and I think this is the case with Gluten Free Therapeutics' new Celi-Vites Body Health capsules. In addition to being a great multivitamin, this supplement contains zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, and molybdenum in a chelated form. Mineral supplements p...

Schar has done it again with this delicious shortbread dessert cookie.  These cookies are made from corn flour, and are sweetened with both sugar and honey, but the sweetness is not overpowering.  They are crunchy and just the right size to satisfy any craving for the shortbread taste.  They are so good I almost forgot they were gluten-free!
I must confess that I did eat the whole bag in one sitting!  Schar is known for their dedicated gluten-free baking facility, so you never have to worry about cross-contamination.
