4 Tablespoon Cocoa powder 4 Tablespoon Sugar 4 Tablespoon water ¼ cup margarine vanilla

4 Tablespoon Cocoa powder
4 Tablespoon Sugar
4 Tablespoon water
¼ cup margarine
vanilla extract to taste

Cook cocoa with water and sugar, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add margarine stirring until dissolved. Add vanilla. Pour frosting on the cake.
