In 1994 I was diagnosed with celiac disease, which led me to create Celiac.com in 1995. I created this site for a single purpose: To help as many people as possible with celiac disease get diagnosed and living happy, healthy gluten-free lives. Celiac.com was the first site on the Internet dedicated solely to celiac disease, and since then it has become an invaluable resource to people worldwide who seek information about celiac disease and the gluten-free diet.
Edited by Scott Adams, founder of Celiac.com, Scott-Free is a quarterly on-line and print publication that provides comprehensive, up-to-date information and coverage of key issues faced by people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance and/or wheat allergies. In addition to its excellent recipe and cooking sections, it provides summaries of the latest scientific research on celiac disease, important articles and resources for living a gluten-free lifestyle, and a level of in-depth coverage not available at Celiac.com. If you like Celiac.com, you will love Scott-Free!
