3 pound head of cabbage 2 green peppers chopped 1 large onion chopped 2 cups sugar Bring to a b

3 pound head of cabbage
2 green peppers chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 cups sugar

Bring to a boil:
½ cup vegetable oil
1 cup gluten-free cider vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
2-3 teaspoons celery salt

Cool, and pour over cabbage mixture and refrigerate. The longer it stands the better it is.
