About Me

I am a mom of a daughter with undiagnosed Celiac. As a non-allergen mom, the struggle to get her diagnosed, treated and my own intuitions recognized and appreciated has been, to say the least, a tough road. Although my experience with gluten-free is limited, I want to write about what my "learning" experiences are - and maybe they will make an impact to someone else with a small child who is struggling with allergies.

  1. My daughter was "colicky" for 18 months - that is what the doc's said. By the time we turned to Eastern medicine, I was exhausted due to the lack of sleep, I was confused, as I had been told by the medical establishment, to ignore my instincts as a new mom, I was frustrated that nobody believed me and I was saddened that I could not hep my daughter.
