I am a 34 yr. old, wife, and mother of three.  I've discovered, through much tribulation, that I have Celiac disease.  I want to express the things that I have experienced with my health, with doctors, and my current state.  I am thankful for this site and for the chance to help someone else figure out if they are suffering from the same or similar problems.  I want to tell the world because many do not understand that this is not an allergy BUT an auto-immune disease.  I am thankful to be well.
