I am 34 years old and new to the world of "gluten free". I have not yet been diagnosed with celiac disease, but have been suffering for months with severe stomach symptoms that have dissipated since trying a gluten free diet. There is so much to learn and my Celiac acquaintances have all referred me to this site.
