I was diagnosed in 2005, after being so sick for two years. Our family agreed shortly after to put our daughter on the diet as well, and wa-la! I've realized how challenging this diet can be and wanted to make a big difference. So, with the help of my Lansing, Michigan celiac support group and Camp Manitou-Lin, I am in progress of working on a gluten free camp for children.
