I'm currently a farmer and wood caver. I received a BS from UC Berkeley School of Public Health and a MS in biology from San Francisco State University. As an undiagnosed gluten intolerant person ill health prevented me from obtaining a Ph.D. I had a positive serum gliadin antibody test when I was 70 and have been gluten and diary free for about 18 months.
