In 1972 my baby was diagnosed with celiac disease, and in 1980 my eldest child - and then in 1980 I was diagnosed with it. At that time I was really in a pickle so I took myself off to Paris to learn " how to cook." Three years later I am a chef but still no luck with gluten-free cooking so I set about learning how the body functions etc., and trained as a Naturopath. Now I have opened three gluten-free restaurants and cater and teach gluten-free baking, have some fabulous recipes. I am now living in Sydney, Australia.
