
Diagnosed in 1977. I have been researching celiac disease for the past 12-15 years, especially the effect of magnesium and Vitamin D on celiacs. I have been a member of the Gluten Intolerance Group for 8 years and have had a support group in Western, KY. for the same period. I have "met" many celiacs on the phone and internet. Scott's www.celiac.com is always the first site I recommend and read. I also rely on Connie Sarros's cookbooks and newsletters for great recipes and and ideas - she has a terrific sense of humor. I'm looking forward to her new book with Danna Korn "Gluten-free Cooking for Dummies" - I'm sure it will be witty and accurate. I'm always available for support and research.
