I have been in clinical practice for 17 years. I have a Masters degree in Human Nutrition and have been certified by IAACN, as a CCN, ISSN, as a CSN. Originally as I developed protocols for cleaning up a client's gut, I became very interested in a gluten-free protocol for all new clients. This became a mainstay of my practice. When after a period of time I would reintroduce gluten back into their diets their original symptoms would reoccur. I would then eliminate gluten and again see an improvement. To date I have taken over 2,000 people off gluten. I have not had gluten myself for 19 years, nor has my family. Conditions such as arthritis, exzema, kidney, pancreatic cancer (mistakenly dx by MD) just a swollen bile duct that was relieved without gluten, behavior, headaches...you know the laundry list, have been improved on a gluten-free diet. I would like to share my clinical experience with your viewers somehow?? I'm open to your ideas. Thank you, Tara
