My name is Shelby. I am a 10 year old Celiac. I have had Celiac disease for 5 years. I know how kids feel at restaurants, parties, etc. when they can't eat food with gluten. It took me a while to get used to the new food & taste. It was very scary for awhile. Now, I am used to all the food and healthier than I was before.
