I am a nutrition educator, published author, investigator, lecturer and manager of a health food store here in Southwest Florida. My passion is educating the public about the problems associated with consuming foods like wheat - not just for celiacs, but for anyone interested in improving their health.
I received a degree in philosophy from Rutgers University in 95' and continue to involve myself in furthering my education through ceaseless research.
