I was diagnosed with Celiac in 1994 in my early 20's, after many years of unexplained illnesses. Gluten sensitivity is more known now than when I went through it. I shop a lot on line, Whole Foods, Akins, farmers markets. My recent issues have been from traveling with my new job. I am in an airport every week and have had numerous contamination situations. I am very strict, but have on occasion slipped up. I carry Gluten Free soy sauce packets and eat sushi at Boston Logan.
