I have been mostly healthy very physical person most of my life. At 42 I was vaccinated with the Hepatitis B vaccine and contracted rhematoid arthritis with aggravated by gluten allergies as well as other substances. No more modern dance for me. Often the digestive problems are worse than the arthritis. They are definitely linked as bad digestive is always followed by an R.A. flare up. I got vaccinated because I was going back to University to get my B.A. in English Creative Writing at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California. I regret the vaccination, not the education. I read a lot and treat my self with natural healing methods. Food selection and preparation as well as herbal treatments are the bulk of my self treatment. I am currently a dog sitter and aspiring writer.
