I am a 43 year old asymptomatic Celiac with dermatitis herpetiformis. I became fully symptomatic/intolerant about 2 to 3 years ago and have been getting the gluten-free lifestyle perfected over the last 2 years. In the last month I have began to feel human again. I live in Salt Lake City, a vacuum of celiac medical assistance and am fighting the good fight to make folks aware of this difficult condition.
