I am a working Mother of a bright and beautiful 7 year old boy who suffers with the challenges of celiac disease. He was diagnosed in August, 2008 and since that time our lives have begun to slowly transform in to working with his school, doctors, teachers, coaches and more. Every day we learn something new and every day we face a new adventure.
