Grace is a public relations professional who has lived and worked in both the United States and Canada. She is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and received an honors specialization degree in History. She has also been treated for celiac disease in both countries and knows that there are sometimes severe deficiencies in diagnosis and treatment of the disease. After being sick for many years she has taken it upon herself to learn as much as she possibly can about the disease. She has found that the only way to successfully avoid gluten and to take responsibility for her own health is to educate herself as much as possible.
