I was diagnosed by a nutritionist in my town after battling three years with a number of symptoms, such as a very crusty nasal cavity, staph infection in my ear and matted eyes. A friend told me she thought I had a yeast overgrowth, Candida and she was right. I am very sensitive to wheat, gluten and yeast. After visiting a nutritionist, I had a plan and went to work.
