
My Mother in Law has had celiac sprue for 20 years, and my husband has had it for 13 years. Our daughter has had it for 8 years and she is now 24, and our son who is 21 just found out he has it. Two of my nieces that are 22 and 16 also have it. I have been cooking gluten free for years--I cook and bake. I would love to start to do some gluten-free catering. I have done some catering for Christmas parties for people who are not gluten-free and some that are gluten-free and everything I made has been gluten free at these parties and the people who do not have celiac sprue did not even taste the difference.
