I have recently discovered that I have a gluten (wheat) intolerance. Let's see, I'm 52, married with 3 kids, two are in college and one is in high school (yes, we're broke, and getting broker!). Both my wife and I have a background in industrial design, so we're creative types. And as I'm finding out, you really have to be creative once you go gluten-free. Oh, it also looks like our oldest daughter has the same issue. Anyhow, I was born and raised, and live in New Jersey. You know: Bagels, Pizza, Etc.!
