I was diagnosed with celiac more than five years ago at age 47. Since then, I've had the energy to earn my BA in Management from St. Mary's College. In my eighties and nineties, I owned a writing business, and I recently finished writing my first novel (have not sought publication just yet). During the past few years, I've been actively involved in the gluten-intolerant community and would like to contribute more to it. My son and mother both have celiac, too, by the way.
