I am a 45 yr. old wife and mom of 2 girls and a grandson. I'm a full time legal studies student at Kaplan University and a karate instructor. I have written one book - a Christian devotional book. I work part time in my own jewelry business and in security at a local arena. I was diagnosed with Celiac last December, but have not changed my eating habits....until now. I have to now, before my life quality suffers more. I am ready and willing...although a little intimidated by the lifestyle change
