I'm a stay at home mother of 4 beautiful children. My 7 year old was diagnosed celiac in December 2008 after 5 years of "atypical" symptoms. Soon after going gluten free we realized that our 2 year old is gluten intolerant as well. It's been a long road to get to where we are, but seeing the changes make every struggle completely worth it. I feel the need to share our gluten free journey because it was one story that got us to where we are.
