I was diagnosed with Celiac as an infant. I was never informed about gluten. 10 yrs ago I was re-diagnosed (after a biopsy). I have since been gluten free. I work at Whole Foods. My job is Demo specialist. I also shop for customers that are gluten free (and egg free) - After I take them shopping they are extremely grateful. I know every product in the store that is gluten free. I also demo gluten free cooking classes.
