Sandwich Buns are a one-of-a-kind taste sensation inspired by the Brazilian "pao de queijo (cheese bread). Made with the finest ingredients, it is based on the naturally gluten-free flour derived from the manioc plant.
It is delicious and freezer-to-oven easy.
Ingredients: manioc (tapioca) flour, milk, cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), pasteurized eggs, modified manioc starch (100% manioc), canola oil, iodine-free sea salt.
Manufactured in a gluten-free facility. This product contains no wheat, corn, potato, rice, soy, tree nuts, peanuts or yeast.

TO PREPARE: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen buns on a non-greased baking pan, keeping 1/2" space between each one. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until browned. (Ovens may vary. Check for doneness after 25 minutes.) Slice with serrated knife. Serve warm.
Toaster ovens work great...microwave ovens do not.
