There is a great, not to mention free e-book called, “Beyond Your Gluten Free Diet.” I find the information in this book to be very helpful for anyone who has just been diagnosed as well as to those that have been diagnosed for many years.

Finding a good gluten free ice cream cone turned out to be a real obstacle for me. Either they held up well, but tasted like cardboard, or they had a good flavor but were extremely brittle.

With three children, it feels like I am always on the go, so I am always on the lookout for nutritious gluten free snacks that I keep in my car or grab on my way out the door.  However, I've recently grown tired of the typical flavor profile found with most gluten free nutrition bars and really wanted to find one that would also excite my taste buds. 

Summer is here and it is time to fire up the grill for some serious barbecuing!  Usually I make my own sauce, but lately the weather has been so beautiful that I just can't justify spending the time in the kitchen, so I thought I would give Daddy Sam's Original Recipe Gluten Free Bar-B-Que Sawce a try.

Since being diagnosed with celiac disease I have found that adding gluten-free vitamins to my diet has been particularly helpful with my overall healing process.  Unfortunately, the vast assortment of gluten-free vitamins that were necessary to incorporate into my daily diet had quickly taken over my cupboard, and it wasn't long before I started to grow tired of the whole process of figuring out which vitamins I needed to take, and when to take them.

I love homemade soups, especially chicken tortilla soup, but found it nearly impossible to find a gluten-free recipe that didn't consume most of my day...until now!

I’m always keeping an eye out for nutritional snacks that are convenient for “grab-and-go” moments.  I recently came across Bakery On Main's Gluten-free Peanut Butter and Jelly Granola Bars and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised.

I happen to love thin crust pizza. The other day I had the good fortune to get my hands on a 12” Venice Bakery Gluten-Free Pizza Crust, and it looked as if it was made exactly how I like it...

I was so happy to discover Shabtai Gourmet's gluten-free Swiss chocolate roll. The first thing noticed was how easy it was to slice and how beautifully each slice looked.

I have to admit that I haven't had the best luck when preparing gluten-free yeast breads until I had the opportunity to try Homestead Gluten Free Soft'n Hearty Easy Roll Mix.

I had a gluten-free bread that "worked", until I recently tried the gluten-free certified Rudi's Multigrain Bread. I'm always a bit of a skeptic when trying new gluten-free products especially gluten-free bread! However, I couldn't ignore the buzz about Rudi's gluten-free bread and I am so glad that I had the opportunity to give it a try.

Now is the perfect time of year to find a tasty, easy-to-make gluten-free pie crust!  I recently tried Inspiration Mixes gluten-free pie crust mix and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised.
