In my opinion, donuts are right up there with beer and pizza among the beloved foods I missed most after going gluten-free. That said, there has been strong progress on developing delicious gluten-free beers, and gluten-free pizza is one of the hottest, fastest growing trends among pizza retailers. So, there is some relief on those two fronts.
