I am newly diagnosed and trying to find 'safe' restaurants. Another great restaurant in Denver is Jax Fish House. They are very 'gluten free' friendly. The manager even came over to talk to us about how they are gluten friendly and he brought us a special Gluten Free appetizer. The food is excellent and the service was, too. They made me feel special instead of different. They even had several Gluten Free desserts and our waiter checked with the kitchen about ingredients without me having to ask. We plan on visiting again...and again!

The gluten free ravioli is wonderful, and the gluten free bread is delicious.

I hope to find some rented accomodation with a kitchen, but would appreciate any help as where and what to buy gluten-free products from local stores. I have been a celiac for ten years, but living in Yorkshire England, I think bread etc. may be different and I may find this a bit daunting! I would appreciate any help on this matter.
