It's another thing to prepare so fully and to be assured that your meal is safe. This incident makes me incredibly angry. I'm sorry you had to go through this. Let's all get to work by doing what we can to raise awareness so that this kind of thing can stop happening.<br/><br/>

I responded, "Oh! You use rice flour?!" 

The waitress replied, "No, it's wheat flour."
