It was quite informative- thank you! My fiance and I are getting married in a sunrise ceremony down in Key West. After that, we are heading out to the Miami port and going on a 1- week Western Caribbean cruise with the entire wedding party to celebrate our union in lieu of a formal reception. Upon our return, my fiance and I are returning to Key West for a week to spend time with each other away from family and friends. I am looking forward to it but, I admit, I am scared of eating! I am highly allergic to gluten as well as to celery and nuts. I am going to take your advice to heart and start making my list of places that will cater to my sensitivity. Thanks once again!

Brilliant!! Thank you so much. We are travelling from the UK in November. I have been Coeliac for some years and I must say on our previous trips to USA, everyone has been more than helpful. Thanks again!

They are a "natural food" cafe. One day I ate fabulous gluten-free pancakes with strawberries and cinnamon butter. The next day, I enjoyed buckwheat crepes. So yummy!
