I am currently planning trip #5 to the Bahamas (my second gluten free) and have some other suggestions: 1) The Poop Deck (there are two locations, but the one on Sandy Port was very knowledgeable) 2) The Fish Fry-This is a line of restaurants along the beach with local cuisine. I don't remember the name of the particular place, but it is the last one on the right if you are facing the fish fry. They broiled me a lobster tail with veggies and rice and it was yum! 3) The steakhouse in the Wyndham on Cable beach-fabulous filet, table side made Caesar dressing 4) The restaurant in the Atlantis casino-great seafood salad and knowledgeable staff.

I hope this helps as I know how challenging travel can be!
