I plan on using olive oil. As for the grams, that's equivalent to about 24 oz. Sorry, I can't help with "cups" either. I prefer to use a scale, anyway.<br/><br/>

Do the math.  I filled a wok with 2 cups of rice and needed to put in a total of 4 eggs. It was a very lame recipe, sorry to say. I had to doctor this one up to make it palatable. sigh...<br/><br/>

375g ~ 12-oz.  (You guys have computers in front of you, use them!

Also, Squid-brand fish sauce is GF and can also be substituted for the soy sauce to great effect!<br/><br/>

Honestly, if you can't figure out the quantities on your own through trial and error, you shouldn't be cooking--which I usually translate into: if you can't cook for yourself, you shouldn't be allow to live.<br/><br/>
