A lot of them are deep-fried to boot...

The more I eat, the more I want - can't get enough! So I like some of the suggestions. However, I too would not deep fat fry anything! I got addicted to that as well and can never go there again! I gain 10 pounds real quickly! So I stick with snacks like almonds, dried fruit, dehydrated veggies and fruit as well as some of the baked items. Thanks for the ideas!

I am undiagnosed too but we ran allergy tests on my son and he is allergic to gluten along with rice, corn, soy, wheat, potato, dairy, eggs, peanuts and cocoa. We didn't need to test him for celiac because we know we both have it and now are eating a gluten free diet. He has started to grow now. His asthma is much better now as he is much healthier. Thank you for your blogs. It helps us new yaks to get through this life change.
