I woke up Sunday morning really really really wanting brown sugar and cinnamon baked goods...thank you so much for sharing! Now I just need to master the whole "baking at altitude" concept - previously I just did what Duncan Hines told me...now I have to...think for myself! Aack!

This is an excellent coffee cake. My husband usually runs when I make gluten-free baked goods, but even he loved this coffee cake! It was fluffy and moist and absolutely yummy!! I will definitely make this again and again.

I suddenly craved coffee cake, Don't know why (definitely not pregnant!).
But, keep working on the baked goods--my daughter and I make gluten free breads, cakes and cookies that "normals" gobble up! Vary the flours in your mixes and be sure to use enough flavor--spice, real butter, etc

I didn't see your G free flour recipe, so I used rice, tapioca and potato flours, also I used cold processed coffee for most of the liquid. it came out very good. thanks for showing its not that hard to have healthy snacks.
