Many have high glycemic index and can cause blood sugar problems:

Book Request: In addition to Gluten intolerance, I have casein intolerance, chronic hypoglycemia and problems with fatigue and in the past with candida. When I started to eat gluten free I did not realize that there would be problems with GI (glycemic index). Neither did I understand how glycemic index works.

I started to have problems with blood sugar! I need processed food, easy fast recipes and support for a gluten & casein free diet with a low glycemic index.

I am sure that I am not the only one who has had problems with blood sugar after starting a gluten free diet.

Please help! Write me a book that will help me, please.
