uncle had massive heart attack today..his daughter is one of the cousins who found the celiac in the family. wonder if his heart attack was from years of damage to his system. he's not that old.

my rheumy appt. went much better yesterday. he still refuses to believe that diet has anything to do with it but I know better :)

lots of vegetables and fruits lately have been good for me.
