Dinner N Dancing

Hmmm.

Going to El Torito tonight. Haven't been there since going "against the grain" or "wheatless". I like refried beans, rice, and chips and guacamole. Will probably get tamales or tacos with corn tortillas.

I'm thinking cross contamination will be the big scare factor here. Only one way to find out.

The scariest part is going dancing afterward. Maybe I'll put some stomach med. in the car just in case.

I"ve had more energy lately, so I should be ready to shake my boo-tay.

I ate some AWESOME flaxseed pancakes for Br/lunch today that I made with raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. So yummy, and probably somewhat healthy, esp. since there was no syrup required. I worry at times that i"m a sugar junky now that my diet is restricted in other areas...the 5 dentist appointments last spring (6 mos. after going gluten-free) were AWFUL! Before that I'd only had 3 cavities my entire life.

Coincidence?

Well...I'll have to write more about the dancing later.

Going to the Getty Museum to see German paintings tomorrow with a group. Must bring a lunch. Thinking of bringing celery with BetterNCreamCheese and Pnut Butter and a plum and carrotsticks and potato chips for a carb?

Ciao, Bay-bay

I just posted a note about a book I am reading on Celiac Disease. It will definitely help you in figuring out what exactly you can and can not eat safely. It's called "Celiac Disease, A Hidden Epidemic". It just came out in August of 06 I believe. I found out last January that I had it, and even though it's hard to not eat a lot of my old fav's, I have found a lot of substitutions, and I know they are helping to make me better. Good luck!!
