Murderous Milky Way

As you know, I was so excited to get that gluten-free candy list that I had gone out and stockpiled those sweety sweets previously assumed to be not gluten-free, but lo and behold the list said they were fine!

Celiac.com Sponsor (A13):
Well, I got glutened today.

Milky Way.

My fault. The list says Milky Way Midnight only.

Sorry, I didn't know there was a milky way midnight.

I detest dark chocolate.

anyway.

I am PAYING dearly.

I hurt so bad. My back and leg have major pain.

And sitting is the worst, so of course my bday is next week and my mother who can eat EVERYTHING (one brother has citrus allergies and the other has numerous nut, seed, poultry, etc. allergies- so how is it that MOM can eat ANYTHING? AND she's naturally thin, which means she doesn't even pay for all those foods she eats in flab!) sent me a bday package and the inept post office wouldn't leave it at my apartment office, so I had to go pick it up and the post office didn't have it and sent me to another post office, etc. TWO HOURS later I have my package.

Which is made all the worse because I have BACK PAIN from the Milky Way and sitting in the RENTAL CAR (my car's been in the shop for 2 MONTHS) was the last thing I wanted to be doing on a FRIDAY evening.

Plus, I have bad night vision and i think i lost my glasses-fell out of my purse? (a gift from mom that doesn't close on the top.)

Yep. Plus, YOU try teaching 7 year olds all week after Halloween on Tuesday. They were all on a sugar crash! Every time I asked a question only one girl raised her hand. So, I had to sternly lecture them about paying attention and participating and now I am HOARSE. My throat hurts. I gave more time outs this week than I have all year. Plus I think I'm getting the cough this kid who was coughing on me had.

What did I do to deserve this?

Well. I better go now. Gotta call one of the dudes I'm dating to come and rub my back while I channel Cleopatra and push the pain from my mind.

OUCH OUCH OUCH

I really hope tylenol can help me a bit.
