I contacted Koda Farms and they told me and the store I buy it from that their Mochiko sweet rice flour is G.F? Did you learn otherwise? I just got Diagnosed and that is one of the brands that I eat every day , my main symptom is severe abdominal psin which is not gone yet.

Celiac.com Sponsor (A13):
The box said that our product is suitable for G.F diets.

What do you think ? is their regular rice not G.F or made in a facility that is contaminated with gluten.

I do worry about cc my goal is to eliminate every trace possible to my knowledge.

I know they use corn.

I hope you can help me cause I love their sweet rice flour

thanks

Hello,

I just wanted to say wow! You have done so much research on foods and restaurants...really takes us out of the limited box we put ourselves in. I did read a blog that you wrote about Farmer John's products, thought you might want to update. I contacted them about their liverwurst products and they stated that they contain gluten. This was two days ago. When I asked what specific type of gluten it was because it was unlisted in the ingredients, they stated that was one of the disclosed ingredients for their recipe!!! Give me a break! So all in all, what I wanted to say was that Farmer John's likes 'hiding' gluten in their products and that their liverwurst (all flavors) are not gluten free. Thank you again for taking the time to post all the gluten free listings...it is really a lifesaver sometimes!
