Plain hamburger (no bun or toppings).
Our steak is not marinated so this would be an option, but you would have to eliminate the cactus butter on the Laredo steak, or the Dijon butter on the filet.
Plain salads (please check our list of toppings on the menu). We do offer oil and vinegar dressing.
Please note that all of our chicken items are marinated.
Our baked potatoes are coated with a soy based vegetable oil prior to baking. If soy is an issue this would pose a problem.
Our 6 ˝ oz. sandwich chicken breast is marinated in a neutral marinade that does not contain gluten, although we do use a soy
based shortening to coat the breast prior to cooking. You could request the cooks to use that particular breast and chargrill it with absolutely nothing on it in order to be as safe as possible.

Intro

Well this is what I want Lists, Lists and more Lists. All I want to do is go to one page and find what we can eat. So I will make my own lists from other places I go to. Of course anyone can send their own lists here too. Just make it short and sweet. :P
