We have a great salmon that used to be marinated, but now we have the option of ordering it gluten free. Order it without the bourbon sauce. Chicken is the same way, order it without seasoning or juices. We have great chicken breasts as well (order without seasoning and juices).
We serve peanuts in dinning room but my boss freaks if we take any to the back. So we are really good with the needs of those with food alergies. We won't gurantee 100% but of the few places I can actually dine at, Lonestar is of the top. And I guess as a celiac, I'm proud to be working there. I love when someone comes in with a gluten allergy walks in. I strike up conversation and recommend items, I even give an extra shout to the chef to be cautious.
Good eating and and good luck
