A delicious, on-the-go breakfast or a healthy, refreshing snack. Freeze the banana a day ahead.
2 cups of milk or any milk alternative (I prefer almond milk)
2 medium frozen banana
2 TBS gluten-free flaxseed
4 TBS gluten-free Peanut Butter
1/2 cup ice (add more if needed)
2 tsp of Stevia or any sweetener of your choice (optional)
1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and mix until everything resembles a smooth texture. (Each blender is different. I use the Magic bullet and blend for 30 seconds)
2. Serve immediately into two tall glasses.
