Allergy Season Is Here...

For some reason this time of year is tough for me. Trying to find a gluten-free allergy medication is tricky. Benadryl Children's Fast Melts used to be my favorite but finding them on the pharmacy shelf is difficult. Haven't been able to find them for months. Tried CVS brand but got a tummy ache. They contain sucralose which can cause symptoms in sensitive people. Also modified food starch can be tricky too. Magnesium sterate ?? Wonder if it can cause diarrhea. I see that the liquid Benadryl doesn't contain these substances so I'll stick to the bottle for now!
