Tabasco

Irritable at work today. Very tired in the afternoon.

Celiac.com Sponsor (A13):
Not sleeping well. Some insomnia. I'm trying to go to sleep earlier but I have a hard time falling asleep then I wake up at least twice a night. This insomnia is new onset.

Rash not too bad today. No BM yet.

Sorry, I know it's gross but I want to track how I feel on a regular basis.

Fruit and hard boiled eggs for breakfast.

Pad Thai for lunch.

4 cups of coffee...I have to have my coffee. <_<

Do you have the dermitis herpiforma? I call it the Celiac rash. It is miserable. I get severe itching and intense burning (in pulses). Then blisters come up. It's taken 4 weeks of "gluten free" to get the rash so I can sleep most nights. I feel really deprived, especially when I try to eat at a restaurant. I also feel "bad" when I have to tell my friends, "I can't eat that". I also like my coffee, especially with Stevia and half and half.

A lot of our stuff is "gross"; I hope you get to feeling better. Mona T
